New Disconnect Policy

The Lugoff-Elgin Water Authority has instituted a new disconnect policy.

 

1. Water Bills are "Due Upon Receipt".

2. Payment is considered "Late" if not received by 5:00 pm on the 15th of the month.

3. Service is subject to disconnect "If Not Paid by 5:00pm on the 15th of the month".

The previous disconnect date of the 25th has been changed to the 15th.
